Editorial contact and corrections

Send an editorial correction, feedback or general publication question. This is not a customer-support route for eSIM services.

Corrections, editorial feedback and general enquiries Signal Field values accuracy and welcomes input that helps keep our content clear and factually reliable. If you identify an error, omission or unclear passage in our coverage, or if you have technical documentation that substantially clarifies a topic we have covered, please contact us. We review correction requests and substantive feedback against our editorial standards and will take appropriate steps to verify and, if necessary, amend the relevant content. Please note: we are not an eSIM customer support service. We cannot activate or manage profiles, access subscriber accounts, or troubleshoot live network provisioning for individual users. For device-specific activation or account problems you should contact your device manufacturer or the mobile operator or service that issued your profile. How to send feedback For factual corrections, please identify the article or page precisely and include links to the primary sources you reference where possible. Explain the inaccuracy or omission and provide supporting documentation if available. For editorial feedback or broader questions about how we cover a topic, provide a clear description so we can route it to the appropriate editor. Email contact We accept emailed correspondence for corrections, editorial enquiries and general site questions. To send a message, use your preferred email client and address it to [email protected]. We aim to acknowledge substantive inquiries within a reasonable timeframe; our response will depend on the volume and nature of submissions. What to expect When you contact us with a correction, we will evaluate the claim against primary sources and our published content. Minor clarifications may be handled with a short editorial note; verified factual errors will be corrected and a correction log entry will be made where appropriate. For more complex disputes or technical clarifications, we may follow up with additional questions or request supporting materials. We do not accept or process attachments that contain personally identifiable information unless strictly necessary for a specific editorial inquiry, and we will advise on secure transfer channels in such rare cases. Privacy and data When you email us, standard email metadata (sender address, timestamp and message headers) is part of the mail exchange. We do not operate user accounts or collect site registrations; email correspondence is the only route by which we receive direct submissions. See our privacy page for more information about how we treat communications and what to expect regarding data retention. Respectful engagement We welcome constructive, evidence-based feedback. Abusive or irrelevant submissions will not receive a substantive editorial response. If you have a complex technical contribution or a suggested correction grounded in primary sources, please present the supporting material clearly to help speed review and resolution.
